Nightmares & Dreamscapes
by Stephen King
It doesn't take the crown away from my favorite King short story collection (Skeleton Crew), but there are enough solid entries in this book to give it a positive recommendation.
A Lovecraft tale, a couple of vampire stories, two tales that would be at home in an EC horror comic, and even a non-fiction piece on the Little League team King's son was a member of. Oh, how could I forget the story, Home Delivery. King takes on a zombie tale that could be set in the world of George Romero.
