• literally no romance

Okay let me warn everyone that this book was ruthless. It wasn’t a bully romance. This is straight up abusive manipulative and dark. Some of us dig it so no shaming here. I expected romance but there was none, nada.

So story is a weird girl, she’s complex but I will say that her resilience and strength to endure this hell is so adored. The three men, Killian, Rath, and Tristian. I hate them all :) I do.

The entire repetition and emphasis of college royalty and frat names and staking claim was so prioritised that it put off the appealing idea of fame and money contributing to power.

Honestly, there was so much slut shaming. Even for story. I won’t say it’s a bad book, there’s lots of smut but I didn’t like that there wasn’t an emotional connection, there was no care, no love and it kind of just put it off for me. Though I will say again, if you’re into forced submission, hate smut and lots of other dark things, it’s the book for you. The storyline revolving Around Ted was interesting but I don’t see myself continuing the series.
