Complete Works by Jonathan Bate, William Shakespeare, Eric Rasmussen

4.0

I enjoyed this more than I thought I would. I read it for a literature class, and found myself liking most of the Shakespeare plays. I had read the sonnets before, but only a handful of plays. Twelfth Night was probably my favorite, and I really liked Viola. But I also found myself understanding why Hamlet is still so popular, and why so many of Shakespeare's work get translated into modern movie adaptations. I am still not the biggest fan of Othello though.
