I picked this up because I couldn't stand to be disappointed by a book again and this did not disappoint. A perfect blend of our grouping from the previous book and hints of what's to come while never taking the focus off of our two main leads. Rath gives her characters depth and witty banter in ways that make her people truly unforgettable. Time flies by as you read but the pacing is immaculate. I don't even care about sports and I can't make myself stop reading about the Rays. Truly a singular talent of our time.
