I read this after love and other words which was probably a mistake.  I’m chasing the high I got from that book and Beautiful Bastard did not fit the bill.  It’s probably my fault for not recognizing it as just a fun sexy book, but I just wanted to read Christina and Lauren’s next highest rated book and see if it could do the same thing Love and Other Words did.  This book wasn’t bad by any means, it just wanted life changing or fulfilling lol.  If you’re looking for a he’s her boss trope and endless spice scenes, read this haha
