While there were some parts that were overly specific and not quite relevant to me personally, overall this book provided some great starting points for anyone with a goal, whatever that may be. I found some chapters more helpful than others but ultimately took away some great reminders and ideas to help me get started and stay on track with my personal goals. Great way to start 2020!
