The Glass Magician by Charlie N. Holmberg
4.0

Wow, this was a great sequel to The Paper Magican.

I was unsure where it would head after everything that went down, and was sort of frustrated that not much had transpired since the previous book (relationship wise). But I felt that less and less as I continued reading.

This book had much more lore about the material magics, as well as more of a mystery element as Ceony tries to figure out what/who has been messing with her and Emery, that had me stressed and on the edge of my seat. This girl needs to stop just taking everything into her own hands, but also we can't argue with her results BUT MY NERVES!

This book was an emotional rollercoaster, I could go from swooning, to stressed, to absolutely heartbroken so quickly.

I’m unsure where the third book will take things. But one things for sure I’m hooked on this world and can’t wait to keep reading about Ceony and Emery.
