This is honestly one of the best YA books I have ever read! It was perfectly not YA, but it also gave you the feel anyone could read this book and enjoy it!
Having Spin going through the things she went through. You felt for her but also rooted for her. You didn’t want her dad to be branded a coward; giving that something you can root for to the end of the book was some fantastic writing.
Also, knowing and loving each one of these characters and having them slowly die for something they were all doing and rooting for. I love that throughout the book, Jerk Face and Spin grew their relationship, which was significant. You see the budding friendship, and they are excellent for each other. Because she is so reckless and driven, and he has a big stick up his ass. Which makes them such a great duo!
