Moderate: Transphobia, Racism, and Misogyny
Racism: it's heavily implied that the Chinese neighbor eats Sophie's dead pets. In the last part of the book, Charlie has listened to a "how to speak jive" book on tape and speaks in an approximation of AAVE.
Transphobia: the desperate man looking for love using online dating, specifically Filipina women, has a whole several page scene with a lot of jokes about how one of them "may actually be a man" and have a penis.
Misogyny: at one point, attractive women are called "fuck puppets" over and over again, and one of them has her soul stored in her breast implants.
