Heartbreaking and hopeful
Neil was always in a league of his own, and Kevin was introduced a year after he left the Ravens so we don't really know what it was like for him then. That just means following Jean in this story makes us see exactly how much they had to overcome.
Proud loud-mouthed backliner spitting French is a complete sweetheart who is so completely codependent on others he needs to be told what to do. I understand that this is probably going to be another three-book series, but I'm not sure how long I can wait before the next book. I already know I will be obsessively checking when the next one will be announced.
Jean will be a perfect fit for Trojans, because I have a hard time imagining him with the Foxes. He just needs to trust Jeremy, Cat and Laila to catch him when he falls and piece him back together when he falls apart.
I basically inhaled this book and I can't wait for the next one to be released. Hopefully the wait won't be as long this time.
