Marketing 3.0: From Products to Customers to the Human Spirit
by Philip Kotler
As the other reviewer noted, this book contains pretty basic info if you already have some background in marketing/are generally paying attention to current advertising trends, but there are helpful tidbits scattered throughout. I did find it to be rather poorly written. At times, it is almost as though the three authors wrote their sections completely separately, added them all to one document, and never read it as a whole piece. The information may be solid, but it's hard to follow when things repeated and/or thoughts are seemingly omitted. There were a number of paragraphs that I read and reread without being able to decipher the concept. (note: I read most of this book as assigned reading for a class, but was not interested in reading any more than what I was assigned due to the reasons stated above.)
