The Haunted Destiny reunites us with Jackson Crow and a Nola agent called Jude. I have to admit that this book tugged on my heartstrings. I think Heather Graham outdid herself with the characters in this book and I believe Jude is one of the most passionate, interesting and emotionally complex heros we have had so far in this series. And the same goes for Alexi! They manage to avoid most cliches and i thoroughly enjoyed this extraordinary setting. Definitely different to previous books!
