so so sweet. loved watching alexei come into himself and become more comfortable with who he is. ben is a perfect cinnamon roll man. this was also a surprisingly realistic read, usually romances feel a little out there, but this one feels like it could actually happen somehow?? 

alexei’s struggle with both his family and their expectations and his anger at who HE is and trying to become alexei 2.0 broke my heart but then put it back together. i loved that although he lost religion he didn’t necessarily lose god. 

so so good, Anita Kelly can do no wrong.
