Lathan. Is Bae. Move over Verse because this man is something serious. Let me
Mention that Remedy truly worked my nerves with how guarded she was. She was short and hard on people and her attitude was through the roof.

But then there was Lathan. He didn’t care about her hard exterior. He knew there was more to that facade than what she showed. And that was the beginning of this beautiful relationship.

Lathan himself was a man who despite the choices that he made previously, he didn’t stop with trying to make life better for himself and his daughter. I can’t speak enough about him and how he cares for those around him.

Remedy needed Lathan. He didn’t bow down to her nor did he fold when she went rampant. He stood up to her and remained in authority and she knew she loved it. It was a turn on.

I was so glad that he was able to see her for what she truly was and able to help her “explore” being whom she was at the core. A beautifully sexually charged woman who deserved to be loved and adored. I loved how Lathan loved her.

I truly loved Lathan the father. He was doing everything he knew how to be there for his daughter. I loved that he spoke about her and seeker guidance to truly be what Tessa needed. I loved how he loved her.

Listen… I loved this story. It was a little heavy with some subject matter but the way things unpacked was tasteful and written beautifully. K. Lashaun has definitely become a favorite of mine as I am loving her writing and story telling. This story was amazing.
