Finally tipped me completely over the ledge and convinced me that any kind of food limiting just hurts my body and leads to bingeing and guilt in the long run. I’m glad I read this book at sort of a pivotal moment, and I have a chance to stop, re-orient myself, and eat to feel good rather than to achieve goals. 10/10 would recommend
