This book was so good!!! I love Damien and Sawyer’s relationship and the relationship between her and his daughters (Ellie and Willow).
Sawyer was such a strong woman when it came to her and her family. I love the way she had enough between her mother and her brother and chose to put herself first. She was brave enough to escape her situation and make sure she had the life she deserved with people who cared for and loved her.
Damien was a lovely character as well, and let me say he is such an incredible father to Ellie and Willow. He did his best to raise them on his own, and I am glad that he had Sawyer later on to help.
Sawyer and Damien have a beautiful relationship that started with a very heated and tense meet-cute. They had amazing chemistry and loved the way they formed their little family.
Another thing that I loved about this book was Damien’s daughters, which added more to the story. Especially Willow with her sass that made the story funny and Ellie with how similar Sawyer are when it comes to their mothers.
Overall, I loved this story and it should definitely be on your TBR.
