I devoured this book. I've had it on my bookshelf for months and finally picked it up over the weekend. I found this to be much more than a "diet" book. I even read through all the great recipes. I'm still mulling over what I want to incorporate in my own life, but I'm pretty sure I will find, looking back, that this was a life-altering read for me.
