When I read about this book I really liked the premise. It was one of my favourite genres and I thought: Why not? But as soon as I read the book I felt like it was not as good as I imagined it to be. Where are the main "flaws":
-> No spark between the characters - especially MC and love interest(s)
-> Mare judges people too quickly - and yes it could be one of her flaws, but no one in the book seems to notice that... and sometimes bad decisions com from that
-> The writing was a bit inconsistent - sometimes I felt like the character liked a person and then hated her with no explanation or some characters are forgotten and then brought up when needed...
-> The plot twist(s) were somehow obvious
I meant no harm by saying this, I just felt it could have been a little bit better... I did not have high expectations and it still disappointed me.
