I'm currently reading The song of Achilles by Madeline Miller. I'm reading an owned copy whilst listening to the audiobook. This is a reread for me and am buddy reading it.

I'm enjoying my reread, but not sure if it will still be a favorite. I might change my mind when certain things are going to happen. We shall see. Am really enjoying the buddy read and reading it in English.

It is still a favorite! I just love everything about this story. Madeline Miller is also such a good writer and she also narrows down the story to only this and not any other parts of the Greek mythology. I also just really enjoy all of the characters. They're not perfect and I just love that. The story is pretty fast paced, even though it could have been slower with everything that was happening. Thought that was clever. And that ending! Yes, just yes. Will keep this one on my bookshelf and will reread it another time for sure.
