This book was really wonderful!!! The romance was adorable and I was rooting for our main couple the whole time! The cast of supporting characters are also very lovable and go through their own arcs. I only docked a star because sometimes the magic system seemed a bit vague and I had a hard time understanding it. But otherwise, the plot, characters, and themes are sure not to disappoint. This is great for someone who enjoys Studio Ghibli and whimsical books.
