Although rather expensive for such a short book, I pre-ordered it as I want to have all of the great series "The Expanse".
Bearing the high price in mind - I think a collection of the short-stories and novellas is planned - which might have an ok price - this is 4 stars and highly recommended, you should know the other books, as a standalone too much is missing, and as this is 8.5, read it shortly after [b:Tiamat's Wrath|28335698|Tiamat's Wrath (The Expanse, #8)|James S.A.
