I thought Shane and Diana was going to be Dean and Allie 2.0 but they weren’t. You can see pieces of Dean/Allie vibes in them with their personalities, backgrounds, and certain things they do plot wise. This book was a mix of serious plot devices and fun banter.
Knocking off half a point because I hate cancer as a plot device and also I realize how much of the plot was basically a remix of Dean/Allie.
