Fangirl, Vol. 1: The Manga
by Rainbow Rowell, Gabi Nam, Sam Maggs
Why it has to end when it reaches the interesting part?? I need book 2, like ASAP!!
I haven't read the original book yet, not since I knew it was published here. The fangirl thing, well I WAS a fangirl myself, is not my thing (literature wise). And I don't like fanfic (no offense, may it won't come back to me) especially with the shipping and BL thing, which happens a lot. So maybe that's one biggest reason why I didn't read the book. Beside, young adult with romance as the main theme is not interesting me. But then I read a comment saying that the book is more details and has an ending, which makes me curious. But I'm not ready yet to switch this cool manga illustration into words. Yep, I think the illustration is so cool, it has a Japanese vibe in it (maybe that's why it's said manga, not just graphic novel/comic book). I'm really curious about Nick!! Well, Levi as well, but I'm afraid there's a hidden agenda and I don't want Cath to fall into it. Argh! Shall I read the book now? No?
