reading this at the start, it was a bit underwhelming. but giving this book a real chance was so good. i really learnt how depression isnt just your brain having a few issues, it really made me aware how depression is black and white. there are so many factors that can make someone depressed or have anixety. really enjoyed reading about the problem and how to provide a solution. what a wonderful guest Hari was on JRE which really made me want to read this book.
