This book is a work of art.

I couldn’t put it down and found my mind wandering toward it when I was supposed to be doing other things throughout my days (LOL). I am stunned by the captivating syntax and overall flow of the writing. If this doesn’t already have a movie deal it needs it immediately because this played so seamlessly in my mind.

The characters—raw, imperfect, real, beautiful.
The plot—gripping, bone chilling, exhilarating, powerful.
The twists—unreal, every time.
The overall theme—yes, yes, yes. The way this shatters societies expectations not only of gender roles but of sexuality and how to take back our power by freeing ourselves from shame was so deeply profound that this should be studied in universities.

I want to give it more stars but I can’t so know this is a top read for me.
