I'm a sucker for a dual narrative following two women years apart with a mysterious connection. I'm also a sucker for stories about witches and historians cataloging old objects. Needless to say I enjoyed reading this book. I did find the ending a bit rushed and the conflict resolved way too easy but overall this was a fun fall read.
