Aiming for Love by Mary Connealy

2.0

I think the writing was trying to make Jo sound sweet and innocent, being raised apart from the outside world, but most of the time, she just sounded kind of stupid, and the men in the book! Oh my gosh. Throw them all back down the mountain. Also, what kind of line is this? "One kiss is enough for me to know you're the finest woman I've ever known."
I mean, WHAT? You had to KISS the woman to decide you liked her? And how can a kiss make a woman fine? Shouldn't it have been how she gave up her home for you? Exiled her sister for you? Offered to help you? Hunted for you? Really any of these things.
