The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey

4.0

I found the concepts in this book to be great. I can see why this book is a classic. Where I think this book suffers is in it's lack of pithy phrases. It reads like a clinician or an engineer wrote it. So no matter how many times Covey used the concept of P/PC, I could never remember what it stood for (Production/Production Capability). Other than that--great book!
