It's Kind of a Funny Story by Ned Vizzini

Did not finish book. Stopped at 49%.
1) This is NOT a book to read when you have anxiety or are dépressive and at risk.

2) I has to stop the moment they introduced the trans character because of the sheer amount of transphobia in that single chapter. Misgendering, dehumanizing, deadnaming… all in 3-4 pages. It was absolutely disgusting and from other reviews it’s not resolved, so I can’t justify reading any more of this.
