If you treat it like a series of blog posts or internet memes of inspirational quotes on pretty backgrounds, then it' fine. I read it hoping it would be something my 20 year old could gain some insight from, and, I will pass it on to him. I think it is best for young and emerging adults who are trying to find their place in the world, as it touches on many great concepts and provides some helpful life advice.
