Two Truths and a Lie:
1. I loved this book
2. I loved summer camp as a kid
3. Riley Sager is a master at writing thrillers that are nearly impossible to put down
I love when a mystery actually gets me and this one definitely did. Every time I thought I had it all figured out, there was another breadcrumb leading me in another direction! It’s twisty and creepy - everything I love in a thriller! This book really isn’t over until it’s over and I was hooked from page one. This is the perfect summer thriller!
Of all of Sager’s books that I’ve read, this is the one I would most like to see adapted to film or TV (rumor is that Amazon’s on it!). Art played such an important role in the story and in the main character, Emma’s, life. While Sager did a wonderful job crafting the imagery through his words, I would love to actually see some of those pieces come to life.
