I really wanted to like this series. I read a more recent Tess Gerrison book and loved it, and had enjoyed parts of this tv show. But Jane is just an unlikeable protagonist. The romance is awkward and forced. The sexual violence and crime is such a focus. I may try one more if it’s Maura Isles POV, but overall this is a no from me.
