I liked this! Although it was very short, I though that it provided some well needed insight as to why the Darkling had the motives he did, and it humanised him in a way. This had great imagery, and the drawings were just fantastic. The novel also provided a depiction of what Fjerda and Ravka were like, and it aided the rest of the series in terms of scenery. Really good graphic novel, and it was a good final edition to the Grishaverse.
