I agree with many of the other 3 star reviews. Some good information and advice, but towards the end it gets plain hokey. I found myself skipping paragraphs when it got to the later chapter and the man with a laundry list of ailments healing them all one by one through surrendering. 

I also found myself looking for a little more instruction on how to let go that went beyond “surrender. Surrender immediately”.
