This was an unexpected delight, mixing humor, gore, and spice for an extremely bingeable read. It took no time at all to hook me in, and I ended up devouring it in one sitting. The characters were so cute, quirky, and sassy. I giggled, kicked my little feet, laughed, screamed, and cried. The best books to me are ones that can make me feel every emotion throughout the book, and this book accomplished just that. The chemistry between Rowan and Sloane was undeniable. I really like the way their relationship evolved.

In short, Butcher & Blackbird is a dark delight that I won't soon forget. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a thrilling read with some romance and spice.
