Oh. My. Word. I just...wow.
First off, this is more like a 4.5 for me and the only reason it's not a 5 is because there wasn't really any plot going on. Now, I'm not complaining because I still enjoyed it enough to finish in a single sitting, however, looking back I legit can't tell you what happened outside Ryth's house burning down and her mom being a grade a c u next tuesday.
Outside that, this book was addictive with a capital 'A'. I was intrigued by and obsessed with all three brothers. We didn't see as much of Caleb as Tobias and Nick but I have a feeling there will be more of him in the next book(s) especially considering there are 6 total. I honestly forgot that this series had a secret society element until I saw a comment about it on a video. The first book alludes to something secretive at the very very end when things sort of pop off but other than that moment I didn't get that vibe. I'm very excited to see more about this world though because of how intriguing it all was and how much I really did love the characters.
