With increased speed, I finished this in about 2 and a half hours haha But I'll say this. If you are someone who is not familiar with their online content and want to know more information about ADHD, this may not be the book for you. The subtitle of why someone with ADHD feels shame and giving them help is a little misleading. Does it offer some tips and advice? Yes. However, it's all based on lived experiences, not research.

This felt more like a personal story of how they handle ADHD in their life and relationship. I personally love following them online, and the book kind of took the information they post about themselves and expanded it. I liked that each chapter was based on a symptom and I enjoyed listening to them read it. I wouldn't use this as a reference but it was a nice quick read.

I wouldn't recommend this to everyone, but I would recommend this to people who enjoy their content or just want to know an example of what it's like to live with ADHD.
