Caught on Camera by Chelsea Curto
4.75

In "Caught on Camera" by Chelsea Curto, we dive into the world of Shawn Holmes, the youngest head coach in NFL history, whose team boasts the best record in the league. When Shawn's best friend Lacey brings a date to one of his games, they end up on the kiss cam. The date refuses to kiss her, and to save her from embarrassment, Shawn steps in and kisses Lacey in front of the entire stadium. This spontaneous moment leads to a fake dating situation that’s both heartwarming and spicy.

All I want for Christmas is a man written by Chelsea Curto. Shawn is literally amazing - he is so charitable, sweet, protective, down-to-earth, and he goes to therapy?! SWOON. Lacey is equally sweet. She doesn’t see Shawn as a rich ex-footballer or NFL head coach. She just sees him as her friend.

The spice in this book was on point, and the best friend banter between Shawn and Lacey was perfect and stayed perfect throughout the whole story. Watching them fall in love and be the people they both deserved was such a joy. The minor age gap (he’s 46, she’s 34) added a nice touch, and I was thrilled there was no third act breakup!

Overall, "Caught on Camera" is a delightful read with fantastic characters, steamy moments, and a romance that feels genuine and satisfying.
