Friends and Foes by Sarah M. Eden

4.0

Another winner from [author:Sarah M. Eden|2515462]. It kept me smiling and laughing. I devoured this book on flights and during layovers this past weekend - what a wonderful distraction from the stress of travel.
I love the characters - new and old (characters from [book:The Kiss of a Stranger|10048521] make an appearance) and we get to learn more about Philip Jonquil (who we first met in [book:The Kiss of a Stranger|10048521] and who we've all been dying to know more about - am I right Melanie?). I don't know that I love the female character, Sorrel, as much as I did Persephone ([book:Seeking Persephone|5640523]) or Catherine ([book:The Kiss of a Stranger|10048521]) but she is still a great strong character.
Very glad I have it in my own library. I will be reading it again.
