The Last Werewolf by Glen Duncan

4.0

At first I was not sure if I would like this book; it took about a quarter of it for me to warm to the author's writing style. He also has an affection for ridiculously obscure words, which occasionally gave me pause. But once I reached halfway I was hooked. A first person account of the last werewolf's life, lousy with introspection, told by a 200 year old werewolf who is ready to die. I look forward to reading the rest of the series, the twist is intriguing.
