Term Limits
by Vince Flynn
Gripping from the start, while also being quite thought-provoking, Term Limits was an excellent read, and exposed many issues in this country, which are not only unresolved, but in many ways have worsened. Whether you lean towards the right or left, most people will agree that the majority of politicians (especially those in higher positions) are basically full of hot air, while catering to monetary or other special interests. While the methods used by the characters in the book to enact change seem harsh, all one needs to consider to put this in some degree of perspective is what this country went through to establish freedom and independence from the British monarchy. Whether such methods could work today are obviously questionable, but it certainly makes one ponder how we arrived in our current situation, and what can be done to restablish our fore-fathers high ideals. Excellent character development and pacing - highly recommended.
