I'm gonna be honest, I expected so much worse. It's deeefinitely not a great book but it could be way more cringe (even if It had its moments).
The writing isn't great, the plot non existent and I barely tolerate the characters BUT it left me curious.
It served its purpose: to intrattein the reader and in a weird way, it did.
I'm ashamed to be slightly charmed by Cardan tho and this is definitely not an enemies to lovers nor a fantasy.
It's a bad covered bullied to (I guess) lovers with something that should resemble fantasy but in reality is an high-school romance with no world building.
