While I tend to overlook the blatant misogyny that shines through these books and others of their ilk, Hala Kamil is the main reason this book is among the main reasons that this book continues to be my favorite of the many Cussler has written.
I do tend to feel like the basic plot structure gets stale with his books by this point though.
