Omg, I hope I’ll be thinking about this book for a while. So disturbing but such a good storytelling book. Wow. I learned so much about Canada’s abortion laws and the horrors that young women faced less than 70 years ago. It’s frightening to read a book that was written prior to the overturning of Roe and to see what warnings the book offers that are unfortunately not a hypothetical anymore.
