Taking place in the world of Borne this was surprisingly so much more emotional than that novel. While the majority of the strange bird’s story is heartbreaking, the tale as a whole serves as a cathartic coda to a world broken by the wants and desires of imperfect humans. Definitely worth checking out if you read Borne and were hoping for a bit more closure.
