I'd Tell You I Love You, But Then I'd Have to Kill You
by Ally Carter
This book is stupid. No seriously, it is terrible. A spy school for genius girls. Like, what?
I only read this as I was given the book for free and yet despite how awful it is I kind of a little bit loved it. I've never really come across a book that's so bad it's brilliant (there are so many films like this though) that it took me quite by surprise. But somewhere in between the awful stalking, the clumsy romance and the clichéd parental situation I found myself laughing at the stupid hijinks and wanting to read the next one.
So I'm not entirely sure what was going on with this book but it seems to be working.
