Big Little Lies
by Liane Moriarty
This was the first Moriarty book I have read and I am pleased to say I was not disappointed.
The story has characters that are interesting and a strong enough plot to keep the reader intrigued. It has humor, while dealing with serious subjects in the lives of these characters, as well as what I found to be a surprising ending.
For me, personally, it was a bit "soap-opera-ish", and shallow at points, which is why I chose a 3 star rating instead of 4. Having said that, I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a light read with a little suspense/drama, and would read other books by this author in the future.
