This book was long for what it entailed. While I enjoyed it, I feel like it drug out more than necessary. I also feel like the chemistry between the fmc and the mmc was lacking in the first half of the book. Even when it was there it was just missing something. Also, are we supposed to believe that Kellen wrote a book the level “The Imperfections” was described to be at such a young age? When he and Charlotte/Lottie/Dics/Charlie (too many nicknames) he was what, 14? And the book was already a best seller with a movie adaptation in the works. So even if it was fast-tracked he couldn’t have been more than 12 when it was written? Overall I enjoyed it and the audio was great.
