faesissa 's review for:
The Hollow
by Jessica Verday
The general gist of this book is there are two girls, Kristen and Abbey. Kristen died leaing Abbey with questions. She then meets a boy called Caspian and an elderly couple, Katie and Nikolas. Caspian doesn't like Nikolas and sometimes acts strangely. This is all centered around he town of Sleepy Hollow with quotes from Washington Irving's 'The Legend Of Sleepy Hollow' that intertwine with the the novel.
For a 500 page book, I don't think the overall suspense was built up as well as it could have been and felt a little rushed. There is also the unsolved question as to who D was and why Kristen wouldn't tell Abbey about Kristen's relationship with D.
On the whole it was a good read in my opinion.
