I found the first 3/4 a fun, irreverent read. Very specific descriptions of very gory things, but handled humorously. If you like the show Hannibal, you’ll enjoy it.
I found the last 1/4 to drag at parts, and felt that the Emma and Alex storylines could have been woven in more deftly, they seemed shoehorned in.
